Free Estimates

VerdantLuxLLC is pleased to offer free in-person estimates within a 25-mile radius of our primary service area.

For locations beyond 25 miles, a travel fee may apply. If VerdantLuxLLC is selected to complete the project, the travel fee will be credited toward the final invoice.

Estimates

• All estimates are provided in writing.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Any changes to the original scope of work may require a revised estimate.

• Additional work requested after approval will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We value your time and ask that you value ours.

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

• If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will communicate any scheduling changes promptly.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger projects or special-order materials, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service experience, customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the work area.

• Secure pets before service begins.

• Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area.

• Ensure necessary utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are available when required.

Warranty

VerdantLuxLLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship.

If an issue arises directly related to our installation or workmanship, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and address the concern.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Liability

VerdantLuxLLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Material shortages

• Utility outages

• Customer-requested schedule changes

• Conditions not visible prior to beginning work

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal information you provide—including your name, phone number, email address, or property information—is used solely to provide estimates, schedule services, and communicate regarding your project.

VerdantLuxLLC does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
